Message	Find a reference level. Listen early in the day and determine a comfortable listening level. Use that level for listening at long periods of time. Avoid the tendancy to keep cranking up the volume the longer you listen. OK You can crank it up for those favorite passages but then reset to the reference level for extended listening periods.
